I was charge 3 times. Mirosoft has no record and the bank cant refund me straight away they say it can take up to 60 working days. I will never buy anything from the microsoft website again

If u have this problem ring your bank and they should investigate it

Same with me. I was charged 4 times, but never received naything.

I was charged twice for same transaction (buying Windows 7), however, never received even one product key. On contacting microsoft office, they say that there is no transaction shown under my account.
