unauthorized transaction 5/12/23 in the amount of 39.95. Charged against my chcking account. unUTHORIZED. i do not know this organization nor did I authorize this transaction. I would like to recieve my money back and reques it to never happen again.

I have received a $39.95 charge against my checking account for 6 months. I have no idea who megafestivities is or what they do. I have no recollection of any agreement I may have made with this organization. I want this account cancelled and a full refund of $239.70.

Just got off the phone with my bank to submit a claim against MEGAFESTIVITIES. The charged my account $1.95, $4.95 and $39.95. No idea who they are or what they do.

I WAS CHARGED $39.95 BY THIS COMPANY AND I DO NOT KNOW WHO THAT ARE OR WHAT SERVICE THEY OFFER. I AM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, WITHOUT HAVING TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD. THIS MAY SEEM LIKE A SMALL AMOUNT TO SOME BUT I LIVE PAY CHECK TO PAY CHECK . THIS CUT INTO THE MONEY I HAD TO SET ASIDE FOR MY CHILDS BIRTHDAY. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW.

Megafestivites.com was on my credit card on three different dates. 1.95, 39.95 and 4.95. I contacted them. The charges were for tudum.co a movie,tv,ebooks streaming service. I never heard of this and don't use or need the service. I was promised a full refund. We will see. Reported this to my credit card company.
