I did not want an account nor did I want you guys to take a dollar out of my account. I thought I was signing up for subway account

These people have tried ro take money from my account twice. I have not authorized it either time. What do I do to get this to stop? This blocks my account from use every time.

Tengo varios cargos de ustedes un par de 40 pesos y otro de 95 a las 3:40 a.m si yo ni siquiera salgo en la noche mucho menos en la madrugada. No sean bandidos devuelvan mi dinero por algo que no he consumido ni utilizado.
