The food was completely wrong and my husband went back 4 times and the employees still continued to get the food wrong

Order wrong in drive through. On road trip so couldn't return. Called merchant and they required us to return to fix. Total order was $30. We used gift cards and put the balance on credit card. Asking for refund of $10.
