AAA(automobile club of America) had 2 memberships for me and only cancelled one when I called to cancel. They kept a 5 year membership from 2019 that didn’t expire until 2024. I had another multiple year membership that they were also charging for several years. After I cancelled, they continued to send renewal notices even though they knew I still had a membership until 2024 that they were collecting from my credit card. They refuse to refund the double payments for membership and I have tried again today to cancel both memberships. Beware of triple A stealing money from members by double billing and refusing to cancel. I had car trouble in the Fall of 2022 and they refused to provide me a working membership number. The number I gave the emergency service didn’t work and they never emailed me a temporary number as promised and never sent me a replacement permanent card in the mail. I think this is fraud and theft of promised and paid services.
