This transaction appeared today for 39 dollars but I am currently working and have my bank card on me so I have no way to spend money, so this transaction is foreign to me. I didn't do this.

This is a 'subscription fee' charged by a virus found on the Brazzers website. After infecting your computer, a key logger virus waits until you input your financial information somewhere and sends this information back to it's creator. After your subscription with Brazzers ends the owner of the virus continues to bill you for the subscription fee with an address similar to Brazzers.
