I did NOT order this application. I would NEVER pay for offline storage. I also would NEVER order a product which demands "future" invoices.... My backup is a Seagate 1.5 terrabyte disk which I purchased in 2007 and might fill up by 2050. I am 71 yo with major health problems.and very little info, for which I need only my I-Drive remote disk. So..... Can you please tell them to credit my debit card in the amount of $59.90 (2 payments). They said they billed me twice.
