I have also never ordered anything from Macy's and all of the sudden there is a charge for this on my bank account for $481.00!!!! What the hell is going on?? I wish I could find out who did this because I would love to press charges

March 14 & March 16 2018 my bank transactions for 2 purchases both for $172,17 totally $352 fraudulently deducted from my bank acct. Left me with $15 to last until April 3, monthly payday. Thanks whoever....karma & Shazam are both b*#"+$....I never have bought or been inside a Macy's and never will. Stumbled on this site n hope to help Shazam & other unfortunates. Why this online store? No recent posts sooo be aware... they're b a c k!!

Macy's 0129 is the on line store. If you have charges you didn't post, someone is fraudulently using your card at macys.com

MACY'S #0129 IS FRAUDULENT!! $265.35 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I DID NOT BUY ANYTHING AT MACYS. OBVIOUSLY THIS PROBLEM HAS EXISTED FOR SOME TIME!!! WHAT THE HELL, MACY'S??? WHY DON'T YOU CREATE A MORE SECURE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS!!

Just logged into my bank account and saw that I have a pending charge of $27.21. I am on vacation right now, thousands of miles from home and I had my card to be blocked! That is bad! Fortunately, I have another card with me. I called my bank immediately and they blocked the card and marked that transaction as fraudulent. Beware! Now the scammers charge small amounts so you may easily miss it. I'd recommend to carefully check out your bank statement every month and report any transaction that you do not recognize.

I just checked my bank account and I have a charge from this Macy's for $255.00!!! WHat the hell man!! Banks need to step up their security and Macy's needs to check this crap too as it is probably all going to the same damn address yet no one makes the connection of the different card numbers!! I call bullshit!!!!

Just got popped for over $7000.00 of unauthorized charges. Received a transaction alert from Capitol One immediately. I was on the phone with the fraud dept within the hour. Why is MACY*S .COM #0129 800-289-6229 such a popular target for these scammers. I think that any transaction that is being shipped to a different location should be verified by the cardholder, as obviously these crooks would not ship it back to the cardholders address. THANKS Capitol One for being so vigilant; by the time I called, the fraud dept was already on it. Also, anyone who is able to, should set up transaction alerts on their account so they are notified immediately.

My credit card company just called me about fraudulent charges on my card, so I went online to see the action. 108.00, 185.00, 163,00, 185.00, at Macys, and 744.00 at Best Buy. Don't know what else I can tell you but I haven't been to that part of the states in over 25 years. Those charges are pending online with capitol one. Quite upset here on this end.

I received a charge of $314.64 on one of my credit cards on 11/23/12. We were in Henderson, NV at the time, never been to Ohio or Little Rock, AR where the order was delivered. What kind of sleezy criminal operation are you running there? Do not know how they got our personal information.

This morning I noticed a fraudulent charge posted to my bank account (as funds on hold) for $234 with the description “MACY*S.COM #0129”. The number that a previous poster had mentioned (800-289-6229) was able to get me to a department that could assist me (after being transferred). The representative informed me that Macy’s denied the order and that it would not officially post to my account. They also informed me that the order was placed using my name and correct billing address, however the shipping address used was located on the other side of the country. I’ll continue to monitor my account to make sure the charges are removed but did call my bank to have them cancel my card and issue a new one just to be safe.

I found a charge for 813.20 and googled that macys.com #0129 and called the numnber that someone posted but they told meto call this number their fraud department 1-877-493-9116

had same thing happen call Macy's here is number800-289-6229. Tell them what happened. The people doing this are placing orders and if you call Macy's will help you to get this cancelled
