I've discovered this merchant has been charging my cc account on a monthly basis since Dec 2023 through until Nov 2024. These charges are completely unauthorised and I have never heard of this merchant?? This merchant has been charging me for US $9.95 per month on a recurring basis. I now have to get my cc provider to liase with this merchant and try to get a refund and this will more than likely lead to cancellation of my cc and issue of a new one.

Have been getting billed for this for 12 months. No idea what it is and zero ability to contact anyone to cancel it.
