I never ordered to 7.99 charges. I was charged 2 times for something I didn't receive this is a scam. The TV said 5.99 for two hours or less I was charged 7.99 2 times. The TV didn't even work. I told flight attendant and was told there was nothing they could do but to contact you. This is fraud..... please help

I took family trip from EWR to MCO on Sat 12/1 on a United 7:55pm flight and used my cc to purchase tv for myself and 6 other family members. I was told that with 3 or more purchases I would be charged $3.99 per swipe instead of $5.99 however my statement reflects $5.99. How do I go about having the overage credited back to my account?

A charge for 7.99 showed up on my bill 12/5/12 checkcard TV/united INFL melbourne FLUS. I have not been on an airplane, No one in my family has been on an airplane recently and we do not watch NFL!

Hello and good day . I was on a 2 hour flight by myself. I noticed when I tried to watch TV it wasn't working. It also said 5.99 for two hours or less. I didn't get to watch TV it was broke. I told the airline attendant and she told me to go to this website that you would be able to help me. The TV didn't work . No sound or channels. I don't understand why I have to charges for 7.99 on my CC statement. This is fraud and also misleading. I didn't get what I was charged for. I don't no why there are 2 charges for 7.99 I wasn't flying with anyone. I would appreciate if you could please refund my money back to my CC. Thank you very much...... I can't put in the box down in the lower part only one charge it allows I was charged 2 times please help......

well on my way back from chicago i tryed to purshase the 2 hours flight LTV inflight 100 channels,,so i can watch it and my flight was 2 hours they say its gonna be 5.99 or 7.99 for more than 2 hours now when i checked my online account i found out they charged me 40.00 check card then 5.99 . what was that for i dont really understand..so i hope u help me get my money back.
