I just notice an unauthorized charge of 20pound in my account today, i didn't buy anything from this shop so i wonder why they have charge me this, needed to call to my bank this morning.

Hi Have just noticed a transaction for £50.00 on my bank statement. Never use costcuters, don't even have one here in W.Wickham. Just about to call my bank to report this as unauthorized transition. Will let you know how l get on. Dianne

Hi, I've noticed today an unauthorized charge of £50.00 from the 05 of Nov 2014. I don't use or brought anything from this shop, and I am very surprised to see this transaction on my internet banking transaction sheet. I am 100% sure I haven't paid them that amount recently. Is there any way to complain and get the money back? I hope this will be of help. Zoe

I haven't bought anything from this shop for a very long time, and I am very surprised to see this transaction on my internet banking transaction sheet. I am 100% sure I haven't paid them that amount recently. Is there any way to complain and get the money back? I hope this will be of help. Arthur
