I'm not sure why I was charged this fee when I was set up for auto bill. Can you please remove this charge? I had even called and talked to a customer service representative and they told me I was all set up for auto pay,

I was told this charge would be waived because i shouldnt have been charged. I was signed up for auto bill and it should not have charge me a late fee... I would like this removed please.

It's duplicative and inaccurate. I paid on time. Also a billing error
