My husband bought the the SprSlim DO20 and we tried to send it back because it Does Not work and they have given us the run around and they keep sending us this crap and charging my card 198.78 for the past 3 or 4 months. I called a number on a paper in the bag and was scammed by that! They directed me to a person that ended up charging my card for a card protection service!!! And didn’t remove my charges.
