I called this number, 844-978-7467. I asked for customer service and after a long wait, someone came on the line. I asked to cancel my subscription and give me a total refund. They offered me 30% refund; I said NO and then they offered me 50%. I still said NO. They stated that once they received the merchandise in the warehouse, they would issue a complete refund of $199.88. We will see. They said they will send an email!

Bank message: Denied charge for $199.88 on 09/12 00:51 CDT at K8*CBCHK8332604500, Albuquerque, NM. Denied due to Card Issuer Rejection on card ending in 5315.

These people are very dishonest. You make a order and mark only one time purchase and they just keep on charging $ 199.88. They should be shut down and jailed.

This is a scam, I called this number, 844-978-7467 and they claim that it was shipped out already so they cannot give credit back to the account, that I have to ship it back on my own. The charge just shows up this morning, how did they shipped so fast? What a scam. but I did close the monthly sub as they plainly say that I was on. G/L everyone out there with this scam.
