Should be $45. $5 down payment was already charged previously to account by same merchant.

This was supposed to be a Down payment towards the ultimate $50 fee. however the full $50 was subsequently charged instead of $45. $5 should be refunded or reversed ASAP.

i have been charged a fee for a service i did not recieve. i was unable to complete transaction due to internet service,but they some how got my credit card details and not only charged me,but did not even offer any advice. i feel i have been scammed and used for their benefit. i would like a responsable LEGAL answer or my money back. i can see why they have had so many complaints.

My dispute is with JustAnswer "Lawyers".No answer to my supposed $1.00qoestion.

I want my money from you reimbursed directly into my bank account!!!! I have NO idea how you got my account details but so far you have debited from my account £46 on the 7th May and £56 on the 26 May via my Visa card....if this is some sort of scam I will be reporting your 'so called' business to every financial authority, the Citizens Advice Bureau and the police. I expect the £102 exactly credited back to my account by Wednesday 13th June 9am at the very very latest and If I see that your company has taken more money from my account I will have no hesitation contacting watchdog and the police fraud division immediately; not to mention to discredit your name on every social network site online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please stop sharging my account. I see you went and charge $73.00 from my checking account. who gave you the right to steal money from me. you better put the money back.
I will contact my bank tomorrow, you should be ashamed, I will also report you to the authorities. I am upset at your services because when I requested your services you never did. your business is not good.

Why are you still taking money out of my account. I only went on to the site to ask a question in January, I got an answer, and I did not realize that each month you would be taking money out of my account. WHY? and I want a refund. What a FARCE

I asked a question from a lawyer in November and paid 25 Euros on 13th November. I understood that it was a one payment transaction. I have since been charged 35 Euros on 12th December, 12th January, 12th February, and 13th March. the debits are coming from California
I need this to stop and wish to be repaid my 140 Euros which I never authorised.
