I may have had a Jib Jab account but my credit card details have changed, how did you get my new CC details. I no longer want an account The 18 USD also incurred a 7.21 AUD intertional Transfer. I want all those funds back and close the account.
I signed up for a trial of JibJab, cancelled it, was billed $12 on my paypal account (as a recurring charge) in 2014, I contacted them and they refunded me. I then proceeded to cancel the recurring charge from them on my paypal account. They have now deducted another $12 for 2015 on a recurring charge that was cancelled, also, how on earth does paypal allow that? I wonder how many people they do this to that overlook the $12 charge? I'm waiting to hear back from them again and have asked them to remove my information from their database. Total ripoff!

I received a charge of $32.60 Eastern Caribbean Dollars from my account that says JJB JIBJAB MEDIA 323-400630. I did not order anything from JIBJAB, whatever the hell is that. I am soo pissed off. I want this charge refunded back to my account ASAP.
I just received an unauthorized charge from jibjab. I made a video a year ago, for free, but I did not sign up for anything that required a yearly billing. I know it's only $12 but it's $12 I did not give the ok to take out of my account. I would like this resolved immediately.
I used jibjab twice in my entire life - once in 2007 and again, once in 2009. I never signed up for a subscription and have now found they've been debiting my card every December (smart thing to do - it takes you a long time to find in your multiple xmas card purchases) for 3 years.
Request for information has so far fallen on deaf ears. The net is full of people who've had similare experiences.
When is someone going to close these people down?

I never authorized this charge. nor have I ever signed up for JIBJAB anything. I would love to know who the hell gave this company my account info and which website set up for the company to take from my account without pre authorization.
I viewed the site on Facebook. I did not want an account and did not purchase any product. However, an account was created and charged for. A year later the charges were again taken via automatic renewal. I have only just become aware of these two charges as they have just unsuccessfully tried again and having failed have closed the account (the account I never wanted in the first place).PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 2 TRANSACTIONS. FIRST BEING ON 27/05/2011 AND SECOND ON 28/05/2012.
I did not request a service, I do not want to pay for this and request a refund. From the number of complaints this is a common problem! I was charged $12 USD on my Visa Card, with no authority to do so.
