I keep being charged by eFax for something I used as a one off over a year ago. I have attempted to cancel the payment on a number of occasions without success and they keep taking money from my card. I want it stopped immediately.

I ordered a free 30-day trial online. After using the service once, I cancelled and received confirmation. Yet, 3 weeks later I received a charge on my bill. Given that I cancelled within the 30 day trial period this is not authorized.

I ported number to another company and contacted them to cancel and they keep billing me. I have no fax number with them n they just keep billing even though cancelled verbally n in writing

I have been charged £11.06 by direct debit. as long as i remember did not agree to pay anything by e.fax. f there was any thing hidden in your contract which i do not know about.Could you please cancel the future use and charging on my card.
