For over a year I had been paying .99 per month for extra storage on my iPhone because a pop up said I was using up my storage. This past few months it happened again so I upped it to 2.99 per month. Got suspicious when I had been deleting all possible to prevent this from happening. Went to Cricket to see what is with it. They said I wasn't using near the limit at all and didn't meet the storage. I then called to calculate that. What I am upset about is it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I am requesting a full refund from Apple for the unneeded extra storage. My phone number is (978) 835/8077. please call me to discuss this matter.

I have been charged for this transaction 4 times in the month of September!!!! A total of $30.62! I want my money put BACK into my bank ASAP. I know everything that I have been purchasing and I would NOT purchase $30.26 in 1 month! I will be checking my account daily. I cannot afford for iTunes to take my money! I will tell the proper authorities if it is not returned and do NOT take anymore please.

On 12/7/2014 iTunes charged my account $84.95. I do not know why. I can't fine anyone to talk to. I had to call Bank and stop my account and get another one.
