This subscription was never authorized. Please cancel and credit my
card the $39.95 charge. It appeared on my card 8/14/2012.

I did not order this--there was a 7 day free trial and I canceled it within one hour.

I never agreed to this charge and have not been on this site. I want the money returned to my account NOW or a lawyer will be contacted along with the State Attorney's office.

I contacted info archives with the impression that is had up to date obituaries available to me only to find out that they are a historical website and have no current information. I then told them to cancel my subscription as I am not in need for historic records at this time.

I have a subscriptiong to ancestry.com and have no reason for this. I had a debit on 11-2-11 and 11-7-12. I want this stopped. I can't find a phone number for them.

While I subscribed to the Archives.com free 7-day service, I unsubscribed before the 7 days had lapsed, or so I thought. I continue to be billed $39.95 each month and can find no way to terminate this action. I do not want this service.

This charge was resolved and rebated after filing a claim. But, it was egregious to begin with. I will live it as a flag to warn others.

This charge showed up on our bank statement from card # ending in 5516 and was not authorized by anybody. Please issue a credit.

In search mode for an ancestry lead I merely entered the person's name only to find out that this Archives site intended to charge for this serive. At that point I cleared the screen . . . never recceived any information from the web site. They definitely decided to charge . . . merely because I entered their face page website!

I do not recall subscribing to this. I am already subscribed to ancestry.com and do not need this. I vaguely remember looking at the archives but certainly not subscribing for 39.95.
