This charge has been on my amex bill for he last few months and I have no idea how long before that. I have no recollection of ever having ordered such a service. could you please have all these charges removed

If you ordered anything on line and you agreed for free shipping, then they charge you without letting you know. I have been charged for 6 months and I did not know that. So imminently call them and stop their ' service'. If they continue do that, then file them. Yo just lost your money, there is no other option.

This is a scam if I ever saw one. They are not "up front" with there signup, and for the money they charge monthly you could buy a lot of stuff and pay for shipping and still come out ahead!

I'm livid, I just did a transcation search through my husbands account....$324.00 from freeshipping for some flowers he bought me 2 years ago. They refunded 6 months worth but I am so incredibly mad at both my husband and I for not paying closer attention and for this stupid, crook of a company. I also blame ProFlowers as they are connected with this company. $324!!!

This has shown up on my bank statement and I did not authorize it. This has been ongoing for months. I went back 4 bank statements and it is being charged.
