I've seen people say online that this is a borderline scam. Their wrong, this is so far past borderline it's unbelievable!
What they do is automatically sign you up for a subscription service following your first purchase with them and then proceed to charge you 39.95$ every month!
To add insult to injury, their pumps fell apart second time I wore them.

I was automatically charged every month for 39.95, when i didnt buy anything. I just spent 45 min on the phone with a supervisor from justfab, and they refused to reemburse me for the money they charged me without ordering shoes. This is a terrible business. They automatically sign u up when u make a purchase, and u dont even know it. Scam. I spoke to Monisha. If i had known when i bought a pair of shoes i was obligated to buy a pair every month i would never have orderd them. People should be able to order a pair when they choose. This is ridiculous
