I booked through hot wire on December 8th. At a cost of 396.78. The nights I booked for were February 13th and 14th. I cancelled my bookings. Was told I'd be refunded. But instead I was just charged the same price again today.

I had this charge on my credit card, charged on the date that I booked the room. It looked suspicious because the charge gave the arrival date as the day I booked, not the date of my reservation. It was a charge for one night in order to hold our reservation, as stated when I booked the room.
