I knew they were fraud when I asked him to mail me a disk to reset my PC. He wanted to help me FIX my PC but I frankly told him' you don't have a disk and you are are scammers'!! By golly, I told him a mouthful and he did not even hang up on me! I hung up on him! Said his name was Joe, HA! Joe Blow! And I asked him also to get me the fraud department and he got tongue tied!! Yep, I told him good! Hewlett Packard should check out these fraud companies!
