the person said i was buying 2 year warranty for my pc they charged me 96.29 showed up in my bank account as HP PRODUCT SVC&RPR 1800 474 6836..CA TERMINAL 1D INO300 WELL I called them wanting to know where recepit is they gave me a run around try to sell me something more....anyway they got into my bank i had to change things there

great to see all these claims of fraudulent activities by this "hp products svc&rpr" scammer! mine started 9/17 with monthly charges of $14.99 and a $150 charge 11/17 (for what? I don't know.) the monthly $14.99 charged on my credit card continued 'till I looked closer at my c.c. bills (bad on me for not recognizing these until 3/18 when I contacted my c.c. company to claim fraudulent activities!). they contacted hp and rec'd no reply so the credited my account for the fraudulent charges and sent me a "resolution" letter last month.. THEN, to my amazement the c.c. company sent me 2nd letter saying they have not been able to contact me. calling them back today, someone from the Philippines told me the "account" (or whatever) was "approved" by my wife who has her own c.c. company, but MY credit card was being billed for it (figger that one out...). these scammers have to be stopped if it takes an act of congress!

Sir, I thought this was a virus protection plan from HP. I paid $ 49.99 for it, now my computer might have a virus in it. Was this a Scam?

Appeared as a $149.99 on my Visa bill. It's not Hewlitt-Packard. Don't know who this is. Don't know how they got my credit card number. Can't find them on Google. This is obviously a scam.

Visa bill contains charge of $149.99 for above. Never heard of them. It's not Hewlitt-Packard.

I have no idea what these charges are for. I didn't order a new computer! I didn't have anyone fix my computer! Nothing. I want these charges removed off my discover card HP product SVC & RPR $750.76 HP product svc&rpr $1.00 HP Global delivery $1.00 MYAVANGATE.com $29.95 I feel HP is scamming me. I have bought many computers, printers, ect. I want my money back Jacqueline Babcock

I was on the phone for more than an hour and a half with hpproductsvc&rpr on Friday 9/12/2014.i am being charged $14.99 a month on my charge card for hpproductsvc&rpr and $14.99 a month for hpsmartfriendservice.i want the $14.99 a month for hpproductsvc&rpr cancelled.they kept giving me the run around from one phone number to another and then back to where I started.if I can't get this resolved I guess my only other option is to call the attorney generals office.

I ordered a Recovery Kit from HP and got charged $15.67 on the same day. 2 days later, there's another charge from HP to my bank account for $15.85

Where is my full refund? I've waited 3 months. Your return policy said I may return the printer if I was'nt satisfied within 5 days, I would get a full refund.I did not order the printer that was sent. FedX delivered it one day and picked it up the next day.I received 20.33 on the 13th of September as a credit.What is going on?.
