I booked a car on Hotwire to receive from kona airport big island in Hawaii on the 8/5/014 and returning it on the 13thmay at the same place where I would pick up the car. The person got all my details and said they would send confirmation by email and I spoke to them last Thursday the 13/3/2014 and discovered they have taken 220.62 out of my MasterCard. It's on the statement Hotwire sales final with several numbers and at the end the letters FRA and the last 4digits of my MasterCard. We have made about 5 phone calls and they say they have no record of us. Can you tell me how they allowed to do this. Is this a fraud. Yours faithfully, Mr Marijan P Sanko.

Three fraudulent charges to my credit card.
You guys need a better strategy for disallowing invalid sales.

An Amount of US$ 211.89 has fraudulently been charged to my credit card by somebody on your site @ 00:57:10 EST on 17th November 2012. I have not authorized this transaction and has been carried out by a person not known to me

I TRIED TO RENT A CAR THRU HOTWIRE BUT FINALLY I DIDN¨T, MY WIFE DID AND SHE USED HER OWN CREDIT CAR AT ENTERPRISE IN PHILADELPHIA (INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OFFICE) WHERE WE WERE SPENDING OUR VACATION
