I had contacted who I THOUGHT was the hotel. I went through the whole process and then I inquired: Does this room rate include parking for my car while I am on my cruise for one week?" Her response was that it would. I continued to book and then I asked her once again: "To be clear and we are on the same page, my parking is covered for the whole week I am on the cruise, correct?" Yes mam, yes mam. After all of the credit card information was given, and processed, the rep gave me two numbers to call to reserve my parking space as they were limited and when I called the number, it took my directly to the hotel and they did not understand what was going on. I filled them in on it and I told them the website page has all of the information and photos of the hotel on it. At that point, they told me that it had to be from a third party who was misleading people and I should call them immediately and tell them the circumstances and they must refund my charges in full. I called the BT Hotel Booking again and I spoke with a man this time, explaining what had happened and I told him I wanted ALL of the charges credited back to my credit card and he told me yes, the total would be credited, and here I am, with a "booking service fee"!
