Horizon Direct San Diego, CA took $39.99 out of my bank account which I did not approve. I want that money put back in my bank account, or I will turn your company into the Missouri Attorney General's office for stealing, fraud. I want that money put back in my account today.

I have a change to my charge card for 19.95 which I did not authorize. I contacted your company and was told that the charge would be removed. That was April 28 as of today the charge has not been removed. You leave me no other option but to contact the credit card company. I do not know what horizon direct does and the time the charge was made I was asleep. Either you can remove it or I will contact my ca company

Received an e-mail from Horizon Direct "Order Confirmation" with an order # with my name, address & email address that had no information what the "Order" was. I also had an alert from my bank showing the transaction for $19.95. I have sent Horizon Direct Customer support an email @ support@hrzndirect.com an email stating the this transaction was fraud. Their customer service hours are 8am to 5pm PST @ 1-877-595-6382 so I will be calling them at 8am as well as contacting ,y bank

Received an e-mail that I had a charge - I marked it as Spam and deleted it since I did not make any purchases on January 1, 2023. Ref # on my credit card is: 0033515000457045 Please remove charge or I will go through fraud with my credit card.
