Today July 14 this company HGSRMY.COM attempted to steal $39.99 from my account. This was the second time in a month. I contacted them at the listed number 8773948526 and got no explanation as to what it was for.I did get a refund both times. I informed them if another charge was attempted I would take legal action. The lady that I talked to was very uneducated so I asked for a supervisor, I was put on hold and after 15 minutes I hung up and called again. The young man that answered after I told him what had happened, he said "Well what do you want me to do" I asked if the recorders were on, I then indormed him that any attempt to access my account will result in legal action both stste and frderal. At this we just hung up.

HGSRMY.COM 8773948526 CAUS charged $39.99 to my debit card. I could not get the lady to tell me what the charge was for. She simply offered a refund with no explnation. My bank told me today that this group had tried several times to hack into my account.

I’m not gonna pay you a dollar to cancel my account or to talk to you about my account. I want to count canceled immediately you guys are charging me $29 a month I don’t even know what this is you’re not doing nothing for me cancel that account and I’m gonna go to my bank and get my money back.
