i Never heard about this company until they charged me today $51.88 A total scam, hope I get my money back. Will visit the person, If I find out who is behind it.

My husband ordered the solution and found out that this company just sends stuff out without asking if you want to continue the purchase, bills you and when you cancel the order they keep taking money from your account. This is a terrible company and one that should be investigated and put out of business.

I ordered my kit on 5/26/16 and paid them on the same day 37.04, and got my kit on 5/31/16. However, on 6/2/16 I was charged 37.04 twice to my account in one day. I did not authorize this transaction, and have contacted Proactiv and have not gotten to speak with anyone. I want my refund.

My card was charged on 06/02/15 $32.94, on 06/08/15 $43.94, and 06/30/15 $32.94. Total Amount $109.82. Please give me my money back Grc. Proactiv Solution 8002420364 CA.

I cancelled my account with them and they still charged my account 14.96... keep in mind my card on file was a debit card that was no longer a good card due to the target fraud scandal so my bank sent another card and they STILL CHARGED that old card which means its not an ACH type transaction so there is nothing the bank can do about it. Somehow they still robbed me with a faulty debit card on file which leads me to believe they somehow got my bank account number which I would NEVER give them! What a bunch of money hungry scam artists!!

Yesterday I told you that you charged me $39.94 for any purchase I did and you didn't answer me. Today I call your customer service and they almost hang up my call. Can you please tell me something?
