This platform has been charging my card daily (little by little) since 1/8 and 1/10 , 1/11 nad 1/12. It notes Zhou Gouxian and I do not have any associations to this platform and transactions ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.

I keep getting attempts on my credit card chargeing me $29.99 every few days but are declined. I don’t even know this place or company.

This is for an app called ARTPLAY. They offer a 3-day "free" trial, and like all trials, you have to post a credit card. Unlike other HONEST apps, there is no way to cancel the subscription anywhere on the website. They state "call or email us," but there is no email address or phone number listed anywhere. They also state that you will receive a notification 2 days before subscription charges start, with the option to cancel then, but you never receive that either. I found a CHAT box for Artplay online through Google Help, and sent a supposedly "Live Chat" message to them, which never received any reply. My bank called me, and it appears that the only way I'm going to be able to cancel the subscription is to file a dispute through my bank, and then pay to put a Stop Payment on the charge, which I intend to do immediately. It's all a scam.

The application that is charging them is one called ARTPLAY- CARTOON VIDEO and even if they have already uninstalled it, they will continue to charge your card. You must deactivate the subscription in Google Pay
