This company charges my account up to $50/day in the amounts of $4.99 and $9.99. These are unauthorized charges. I've contacted them directly via email and have gotten no help.

I have already change my goggle wallet password and i am very sure that i do not have anyone using my account but only to find out that zeptolab charge some transcation to my account without me authorising it. Please help to report and you can verified with me at [email protected]

Having checked my credit card statement recently I have found that on the 24/2/14 a withdrawal for 6.05 was made to Google VirtueSoft Inc then on 14/3/14 a purchase of 1.22 was withdrawn for Google ZepoLab. and from the 25/3/14 to the 5/4/14 subsequent withdrawals were being deducted from my visa amounting to around 600.00. None of these withdrawals were done with mine or my partners consent. We have put a block on the card and have been advised by our bank to google and contact ZepoLab and VirtueSoft Inc inorder to recoup our funds. I have sent an email to ZepoLab but am assuming the authentic site isn't responsible for these transactions. However my partner has just said he may have purchased a game 'cut the rope' on my son's samsung for around 10.00. This would suggest it was from the real ZepoLab, but if so why so many additional and unauthorised deductions?

Some illegit charges arrived on my credit card bill. ZeptoLab, market place and outfit7. All small charges but i think they were testing the waters
