All year we've charged $7.65 a month for this service. We need to know what this charge is for. No one has access to our account and there is NO sharing! If I don't get a timely response, I will contact my credit card company. I have tried to call to inquire-but NO working phone service. Very frustrating and not a good way to handle a business!!
