The same thing happened to me today. £60.00 taken out of my account for what? These guys are rip off merchants. I contacted Google, they refused to refund my money. I will never use a google account never again. I have closed the fucking email address down. How can the government allow these thieves to steal money from people?

This is the 3rd request I have written. I am 61 yr's old. I don't use games or app's. I don't know why I have been charged $19.99 & $2.99. Which is the amount my bank statement reflects. My credit card was billed for something I never got and I'm truly truly pissed off u fuckin people can't and won't get away with ripping folks off especially me. I want all my damn money credited back to my credit card I expect to here back from someone soon I mean right away or else.

I have been stolen several times with 94,18 € charges on my CITI VISA that I never authorised. This bank is defending GOOGLE. How can I prove it was not me? I feel helpless.

I got charged 4 different amounts for a total of around 50 dollars this weekend.havent even been out on google play on either my phone or tablet and the kids cant buy anything since any purchases is password protected.kinda blew my account and now Im left with like 6 dollars on my account.want my Money back

За что была снята эта сумма, и каким путем были подключены ко мне эти услуги и какие услуги вообще? Отключите эти услуги и прошу сделать возврат списаний, так как было произведено не законное снятие денежных средств.

I claim all charges from Google Rovio Mobile which appeared on my Master Card since February 6, 2014. I have not purchased recently anything from this company and I had never authorise anyone to do it for me. My Bank got informed about that and the card should be blocked. Please reverse all 38 charges in total $ 418.11. Artur Bubiak

Me han llegado varios cargos GOOGLE *Rovio, avisé a GOOGLE de que no eran míos, no desautorizó y en dos o tres días llegaron varios más. Ahora me dicen que tienen que proteger el anonimato de quien me ha copiado/robado la tarjeta y no pueden decirme quién ha sido. Sólo protegen al ladron. First, I was charged 3 times from GOOGLE Rovio, I reported these unrecognozible charges to GOOGLE WALLET, they answered "sorry I can't solve your problem, go to your bank". 3 days later, four new charges have been charged on my card. They answer me "sorry I have to protect the identity of the person who is using your credit card". So, it's a pity, GOOGLE only will protect to the thief.

Al banco rapidamente que lo reclame, porque GOOGLE te dice que no, que ellos no pueden decirte quién está utilizando TU tarjeta. Entiendes? La tarjeta es tuya, llega alguien desconocido y la usa con GOOGLE, GOOGLE la acepta y te dice que te aguantes, que ellos no te van a decir quien usa TU tarjeta. Jeta JEta.

I shocked to know that, GOOGLE *Rovio Mobile GOOGLEGLE.COM/CH CA has steal money from my credit card more than 150 usd already. I try to called credit card but it could not get any useful help from them. Both sides google and credit card are very weak in security. I would recommend you to stop using credit card on it.

This is the second time there's unwanted charges on my phone. Why is it so easy to purchase things on Google? There must be a way to prevent this from happening again. In the meantime, can you please make the proper adjustments?

My niece mistakenly purchased coins on the Talking Tom game ie 300000 coins for R1088. Can i please have this transaction reversed. We have contacted the bank, FNB case number 1731786 and they said we have to contact the supplier.
