I have bee having unauthorised amounts taken from my complete access account. I want this to stop. The last amount was taken out on the 21st June to the value of $11.99 (AUD). I am on a low wage and $11.99 is a lot of money to me.

Over six months ago I was released from my position that I had held for 12 years, the last 2 years of my position I was bullied by my female boss who honestly took her berating treatment to what I would call pure torture, I held in there just certain the bully would not break me and get me to quit, needless to say she was successful with being able to release me with no explanation since I was a State of WA Exempt Employee. This Vice President of the college I worked for almost took me to the point of a nervous breakdown, it has taken me months to pull myself together. During this extreme hardship I did not realize that my bank account was being drained of hundreds of dollars for many months from music Google.com/ch CA. I don't know what to do, I've canceled my debit card, I did not authorize these charges. I can't believe my nightmares are never ending, I can't believe that Google could rob me as it has, several of these charges have put my account into overdraft which has compounded my financial stress, what do I need to do to get Google to give me back my money?

How can I speak to someone about an account that was set up using my credit card without my authorization? There have been many fraudulent charges.
