I did not authorize a 10.69 charge on our bank account. My Google music is disabled on my phone and I don't use it. I want these charges reversed.

I didn't use Google music at all i love my pandora..but i still was charge 9.99 on my card...and when i went into Google wallet to try and see maybe if i subscribe by accident....it was no subscribition....i call Google they said they dnt see the charge in there system.....i cancel my card immediately

I didn't order any Google music I have an iPhone?? They charged me $10.66 and I have not bought any music

I just looked at my pending transactions on my bank and was charged $9.99 by Google Music, but I did not make any purchases or download anything from Google Play during that time. There is no number to call. This is ridiculous!
