I had the same thing on my account via my 11 year old daughter. This app is for a talking robot that answers your questions and talks to you. I went on her tablet and cancelled it which seemed to work so go onto whatever device she used to activate it (ipod/ipad/android phone/etc) and cancel the subscription. If that doesnt work you can call your mobile provider and ask that they cancel that service and any future charges. I have T-Mobile and they have always been great about doing that for me on past charges such as these. You can also block her access to paid subscriptions/games/etc in the future. Hope this helps.

how do I cancel or stop this reaccuring charge on my account , I beleive that my child did this and she was not authorized Icogno App GOOGLE.COM/CHCA there are several charges ranging from $.99 and $1.99
