Mysterious / Unauthorized charge continues to appear monthly on my credit card. I even changed credit card #'s and it continues to appear. This is fraud

Unauthorized transaction on my Bank of America Cash rewards credit card posted yesterday (may 13th, 2014). The transaction is of only $7. I hadn't heard of gogoair.com until I saw it on my credit card. I haven't flown at all since last year when I didn't have any credit cards.

Refund unauthorized charges to my VISA card. U$34.95 per month from July 2012 through to Jan 2013. Then U$39.95 from February 2013 to May 2013.

Bought the monthly for 24.95 then was charged another month and was told on the phone they do not do refunds??? I did not WANT TO BE CHARGE FOR ANOTHER MONTH. I REALIZED IT on the DAY you charged it and all i wanted was my MONEY BACK because i did not want to use gogoair.com's internet. Now my bank is doing an overdraft fee on me as well. I am now getting charged 24.95 for the internet that I will not use and another 40$ from my bank for Overdraft fee. Please HELP me.

I have never signed up for a monthly subscription. I travel in spurts and usually have a reimbursement from American Express which covers my cost. However, I did sign up for a ONE time purchase in October of this year. I will need this subscription cancelled and my charges refunded. Thank you.

I only use this service in the month of july and was told i also use it in august n september... I thought i was paying for a one month pass and if I was gonna be charge monthly I would at least received an email about it. I am sure I did not use this service since september cause I stop using my computer on board due to the poor internet service. I have cancel service after auguring with them but I want those charges to be reversed.

They say you are paying for ONE 30-day period, but instead they charge you a recurring monthly fee without telling you. They don't any words like subscription, recurring, etc. They just say 'buy unlimited in-flight internet for 30 days'. I have been charged many months since I have flown. Completely unclear - no receipts, no emails regarding bills, nothing. They are just hoping the customer won't realize that their single month of in-flight internet is really a lifetime subscription! There is also no easy way to cancel online; you have to call and argue with them!

I signed up for GOGOAIR while on a Virgin Airlines flight to California last month at the amount of $34.95. It was for one time (not sure how many hours / days) not a monthly subscription. Please issue a credit. Thanks, Steve

GoGoAir feels entirely like a scam. I signed up for a single month pass but apparently signed up for recurring monthly payments of $34.95! Shame on me, I had already incurred 5 months worth of charges!!! If it weren't for BillGuard and the comments from other customers who had similar experiences - and handily provided contact info (877-350-0038) - I would probably still be forking out $34.95.
