Just had this happen to me on 2/3/2023 thank god it was only $16.00 and some change. Ive never even been to texas and havent shopped gamestop in over a year.

I have also had a fraudulent charge from this number for $70. Company information says it's gamestop.com, but when I call the number I get a message saying that the verizon customer is not available. I know it is not a valid charge and I am working with the bank to get this resolved and get my money back.

Had the same charges on visa card on 12/7/12...Bank closing card and have to fill out paperwork for visa to get money back

My credit card number was stolen. Fraudulent charge of $25.00. My card has been canceled. and I have put in a number of requests to investigate this. The phone number on on the charge is bogus. Scamming/thieves.... I hope they get caught & pay the consequences.

Fraudulent charges showed up on my debit card. Bank cancelled card and reissued while putting money back in my account.

I also had a random charge from GameStop/EBGames.com on my account. I am livid! It is pending on my account and I am calling the bank to find out what the heck is going on.

Have any of you recently bought something off ebay by a seller named gottaridebikes? I have had the same exact thing happen to me. Seller is from Texas, and the entire purchase was suspicious, couldn't find the shirt I ordered sent me a different one refunded money to me by accident asked that I pay them again... The story goes on and on.... And then bingo Monday my account is charged by GameStop.com/ebgames.com for 72.99 it's all good it being investigated and hopefully they will get what they have coming to them....

I had fraudulent charges from this number. My credit card company filed the claim and then sent me a letter stating that the issue had been solved and my account credited. Almost 2 months later, I get a call from my credit card company stating that the case was reopened because they received a letter from Gamestop stating the charge was real. Really????? The 817 number is not valid. Your customer has stated this is not a valid charge, yet these losers sent in a letter and now I've got to fight this again? I'm not happy at all and I hope these people are caught.

I too have this same charge. Looking it up with Verizon!!! My bank is also taking care of things.

I too have had fraudulent charges from this number. $20 charge reported to my credit card company. Canceled card and is being investigated.

Same with me - mysterious charge that is fraudulent. How did they get this info. An investigation by law enforcement agencies will be done.
