My son had the same charges and could not figure out what was going on, so I called for him and took care of it. I called 877.351.2131 and spoke to them in a very "firm" manner. I told them that we never signed up for anything and wanted to cancel all future charges and reverse all past charges. They agreed t the cancellation and future charges, but not past charges. I then asked that the call be "escalated" to a manager, which always works best in these situations. When the manager answered the line she immediately stated that all past charges would be reversed and we'd see those on our statement within 7 days. I then asked for her name, which she provided her full name and while she didn't provide a direct line, she gave me a number to the manager's dept. - 877.346.8803. The key is to be firm and hold your ground. Every time they start discussing benefits of the program, cut them off and ask if they have any signature from you and of course they don't. This is why they have no leg to stand on. Good luck!
