I was charged for anti-virus I never authorized. Went to website and could not get anywhere to get it corrected. Notified Paypal and they put it in dispute form and I changed all my passwords etc.

You should have put down that the costs of my computer was $360 instead you put down that it was going to be a mere $39.95, plus you didn't leave me a KEY to do this myself. So, now I want a refund immediately of the $39.95 charged to me! My bank will know of these infraudulant charges, call The Better Business Bureau and, a lawyer. Not only for the " $39.95 but for all the people just like me. "Are you for real?"
