You can get a cash refund at one of the Fnac stores , but only if you have paid your ticket in a Fnac store. If you have bought online through www.fnac.fr, and even you have collected your ticket in a Fnac store, you have to send a registered mail with tickets and invoice (if you still have it, better). Here is the adress they give on the phone France Billet VAD 93538 AUBERVILLIERS FRANCE

I was also wondering what was that charge. Then I found out it was an online website where you can buy concert tickets (www.fnacspectacles.com). Hope that will help !
