Be TOTALLY CAREFUL of this entity! They are VERY VERY misleading! If you sign up they take your credit card info. I should have been more aware at this point! BUT THEY INDICATE IN MORE THAN ONE PLACE AND IN BOLD LETTERS THAT YOU WILLNOT BE CHARGED ANY MONEY. Surprise! Surprise! Surprise! After signing up they send an email saying after a 5 day free trial you will be charged about $50 dollars _automatically_! WOAH! Very misleading! BE CAREFUL!

FUCK FLIXATTIC I TRIED TO STOP MULTIPLE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY KEEP TAKING 50$ EVER MONTH. I CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITH MY BANK BECAUSE OF THEM. DO NOT EVEN CLICK ON ANYTHING WITH THE FLIXATTIC NAME, THEY STOLE FROM ME

Flixattic took a payment before my 5 day free trial was up without my authorisation. I have tried to telephone to cancel but have never been able to do so, even after about 20 attempts. I have now reported the transaction to my bank as I dispute it should ever have been taken! To date, I would say I am disgusted and think I may have been scammed! Please don't let the same thing happen to you and if it has report it to your bank. I may go to Citizens Advice Bearea if the issue remains unresolved.

Do not be deceived they are not legit; they have robbed me of 300$ over the past 5 month without my notice. I didn't subscribe to it and I had never heard about it either until I called my bank and they told me about the transactions. I deleted the account by calling their customer care but still cant have my money refunded.

It's a total scam!!! The thing is now I've got to cancel my card, I don't trust these people as they have details and can still go in and take your money.. I've cancelled my card, but it's an inconvenience :( Please be careful peeps.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Like many others I gave my card details for a free trial and straightaway have been billed £30 for something I cannot even download. A shit company and very very dodgy. Avoid. I am now going to cancel my card.

Here's my story: I wanted to stream an online football game, and flixattic offered a free trial. I (stupidly) added my bank card details, during the registration, since flixattic claimed to withdraw nothing. In my registration email response, I read, they automatically transferred me to a premier account after 5 days, and have charged med $ 50 monthly since. My advice: Do not get involved with this business! Aril

Wife insisted it was supposed to be free for 5 days after I saw the charges. Happened to check an online statement. Their legal-eze states both "We Will" and "We will not" charge you until end of trial. (She's not the money manager of the house) Website offered online cancellation for .99 or free over phone. She insisted on calling (felt guilty/scammed, I guess) so I told her to be prepared for it to be very difficult...and it was. They "are working on a no refund policy" was one blockade, they transferred her to supervisor- another, "you agreed to the terms" yet another. Finally they said, "ok" you'll see it reversed in 5-15 days. She never got a confirmation number. My guess is now they will let the 5 days lapse and keep the money.I'm going to contact my bank and report the charge fraudulent/contested.
