If you have the FASTEASY app check it and see if they charged you. They charged me and i didnt know about it

I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL THIS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS THE ONLY THING I'VE BEEN ABLE TO DO IS HAVE MY BANK REJECT THE CHARGE. BUT THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO GET HELP IN CANCELING THIS CHARGE

What is this exactly? $29.99 was withdrawn from account but have never heard of it. I checked all my subscriptions and could not find it there either. I want my money back and in contact with my financial institute. I don’t understand what this really is.

Without notice, out of the blue they charched USD 53,19 from my VISA card. I do not have any subscription to one of their app's

My card was charged $29.84 from Fitnessinvoice.com, Internet, CY, and I have no idea why. And of course there is no information on this "invoice" to contact anyone. So instead I have to cancel my card m, wait a week for a new card. But first I want to find out who they are and get my money back. This is BS. I didn't authorize ANYONE to take money from me. Oh I am livid, $30 may not seem like a lot of money but to some people like myself who live paycheck to paycheck it's a lot of money. Money I worked for.

According to the timeline, charges began after subscribing to the FastEasy app on my iphone. Their terms state the charge is $29.84/month but I began seeing charges in Nov and Dec from two different identities (Healthinvoice.info for $30.14 and $14.13 & Fitnessinvoice.com for $30.14 and $20.19). I've cancelled my subscription and will wait to see if this resolves the issue.
