I'm charged without authorization as well. Never even heard of this website in my life till I saw it in my bank account. This kind of act shouldn't be allowed. How am I going to get my money back.
I was billed unauthorized of this FNNhelp.com for $19.80. I called them and spoke with a woman I could not understand and was told that they would refund me in 5 days. I am going to my bank this morning and changing cards so this will not happen again plus give my bank this phone number.
I have now asked for reimbursement twice and the charges have now increased. They had promised the reimbursement would show up on my card in “5-7 Business Days” which I am still waiting to see. Instead of the reimbursement, they just charged me again. Please help to remove FFNHELP.com immediately!

The best thing to do is to give them your credit card number so that they can look it up,I had them credit my account for the unauthorized charge 5-7 days for a refund.

I just noticed that i was charged by FFN.com 3 times for $22.35 each time. I never subscribed to any of their services and would like refunds on any past money pulled.
