Chase just called us on another unauthorized charge. In reviewing recent charges with the Chase Rep, she questioned the EZSERV charge. We'd never noticed it. Never ordered any flowers that we can recall from ProFlowers and have no idea how this came about. No telling how long it's been going on. I will report this to the Attorney General's office next week.
