I was recently robbed and the thief tried to utilize my debit card at one of your Exxon Mobil gas station here in Newport News Virginia on the 23rd of January 2015 with the amount of $25.42 at 4:52:38. the bank of America was unable to locate this address and I am contacting you to locate the exact store this transaction was made.I am in the military and my military gear as well as personal items such as tools beats speaker money identification card and other personal items were stolen you can contact me at 757 243 6388 thank you. the information below is the reflection of my bank statementas you can see there is no physical address. I received the same message on 24th September. I have never done any transaction like this and even i am not aware of this location as well.

Sierra Madre Station in Pasadena, CA -- Charges undisclosed $1.00 POS fee in addition to posted per gallon price. It shows up on my non exxon credit card after purchase. I called Exxon after much searching for the right contacts on website etc. Ultimate conclusion: We cannot do anything about these fees - independent owners of these stations can charge what they want. We have no control.

This is crazy to charge for using credit. I got a nice gift card from my bank which was a visa and I put in $10 and which would left me $25 left on my card and I go to buy food for my daughter and its declined. I go to look at my statements and I was charged all $25 for using $10 for gas. This does not make sense. -Suzanne

$100 charge on my credit card without my consent. There was an unauthorized access on my credit card. It would be great help if you looking into this and refund the charged amount. Waiting for your reply. Thanks!

I filled up my gas tank at an Exxon Mobile gas station. The charge was about $45. My credit card statement says I've been charged $15.87 as a "foreign transaction fee." On top of that, there was an extra $1 charge labeled "Exxon Mobil POS"

I paid for $5 on gas at the pump & I have no understanding as to why i now have $75 pending on my debit card. URGENT THAT I HAVE FUNDS RELEASED TODAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, DEFINITELY NO LATER THAN TOMORROW- Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
