They will not terminate this ongoing charge. I requested stop payment but they will not stop charging

I signed to find out my credit score one time. No where did it say I would be charged more than once. I have tried to cancel my membership and get them to stop using my card but I cannot find where to cancel anywhere on there website. I have emailed them and everything else I know to do but still no change. I do not like this company for this very reason and will never do business with them again.

$17.99 was charged to our CORPORATE Debit Card for "EXPERIAN *FREECRE online. We do not now, nor have we ever, used Experian or authorized any charges. Further, our CEO would never authorize a charge for a personal credit-type account. We called the bank, put a Fraud Alert on the account, filed a claim & cancelled the debit card. Set up account alerts with your bank, or you may not notice fraudulent charges until it's too late.
