I am handling my late husband's accounts and notice the appearance of 10.99 charges each month taken from his account. These just showed up I believe and he has been dead for 5 months and unable to use the computer since August 2014.

I didn't notice the $4.99 I was being charged (for I don't know what!) for many months. When I did, I called & told them to stop but couldn't get the past months back! Now, about 2 yrs. later, I find they're doing it again! I have called, but I don't know what to do next!

I recently moved and got a new card and needed to update my information. When I Googled ESH Tech Protect, I saw the fraud notice. I called Verizon and they do not approve of the charge. I'm currently on the phone with Verizon and chatting with my bank to try to get all 5 months reimbursed.
