This has been showing up on my credit card statement. I have no idea what it is for. It is charging my account $19 plus change for a few months. I need to know what I'm being charged for......I don't know what it is.

My bank provided me with their phone number (844-400-0452). I called them. Part of their personal verification questions is "What is the password to your Verizon account" YOU NEVER GIVE ANYONE THIS INFORMATION !!! I'm thinking its a mistake to give them your account number that I'm seeing in the postings. Just go to your banks website and put in a stop payment request. It takes a little longer but MUCH safer.

I just discovered this is the insurance used by independent owned Verizon stores. Not all Verizon stores are owned by the main Verizon company, their are independent Verizon stores. If you purchase a phone from one of these stores you can must return the phone to that store if there is a problem and this is the insurance coverage if you insure it. It's not worth the 10.99 I pay. I am trying to find out how to cancel it. I was told six months ago when I purchased a new Iphone 6 S that the insurance would cover 100% of the replacement of my phone if there were any problems, even if it was dropped an the screen broken. Last week the screen on the iphone started going black and would not come back on. Took it to the store where it was purchased and discovered I could receive a refurbished phone. WHAT? I bought a new one. The only option I had was to excerise the manufacturers warranty and take it to Apple. Unfortunately it will be 10 days before my phone comes back or I receive a replacement. This is a scam.

I have a monthly charge of $21.98 coming out of my account through the card I make most of my purchases with. Verizon says it has nothing to do with it. I want to know what is going on.

this is damage and loss protection for your device i.e. cell, note tablet....ext. They sold it to me when I upgraded.

I notice that you have taken 10.99 for something that I'm not aware . I will fole a Policc report if my money is not returned. Who authorized this and How did you get my credit card information? I already cancelled my card and notified the bank of this scam.

I just discovered this company has been stealing 10.99 per month from the college checking account I set up for one of my children. She had not been monitoring her account unknown to me. I have no idea how long this has been going on yey. I have to a police report, etc.
