I want to cancel this service. I have attempted to contact Techprotect at 844-400-0451, the number on the Cancellation Notice received in November, 2015; I paid $23.80 to re-start cell phone protection and I have been paying $11.90 monthly. I could not speak with anyone to cancel. I called the number on my credit card bill (844-400-0452) where the monthly premiums are deducted and its for sales and I was not able to cancel the service there either. PLEASE CANCEL THE SERVICE.

They are taking 4.99 out at the first of the month every month. I have no idea why or what it is for. Does anyone out there know what this is or what it is for?

There is none. But we have a charge on our credit card none the less. What is this?
